Frequently asked questions.

FAQ’s

What is your refund possibility ?

We understand unforeseen circumstances can get in the way of plans, especially sickness. We do offer refunds for those who aren’t feeling well because we appreciate your help in keeping others safe. However, we do not offer refunds to “no-shows.” If you’re sick the day of the event, please email hi@gravesidevariety.com at least 2 hours in advance and we’ll happily refund your ticket!

Where are you located and where can I park?

We are currently located at 33 Rock City Road in Woodstock NY.

Most of the parking next to the building is reserved for staff or those with accessibility needs, so we recommend using the free public lot right next to us. The entrance is directly across from the Colony, just a few feet south of Graveside Variety.  If you need accessible parking reserved contact us in advance at hi@gravesidevariety.com

Is Graveside Variety an accessible venue?

We aim to make our space as accessible as possible to people of all ages and abilities, but at the moment there is a single step required for entering the building. We also offer free masks to our attendees but do not require them for entry. Regarding any accessibility requests you may have, we would love to hear how we can accommodate you during your visit: please reach out to us at hi@gravesidevariety.com with the date of your attendance and any questions or concerns. We’re happy to help!

Can I bring my kids to Graveside Variety?

Absolutely! We are a family friendly venue with a kids corner stocked with paper, coloring & activity books, and markers, books for all ages, and toys including a three-story dollhouse. You are welcome to bring your little ones. The staff on site will be busy managing the venue and customers’ needs, so arrange for childcare if your child(ren) requires supervision. Graveside staff are not childcare professionals. Thank you for understanding!

Are dogs allowed at Graveside events?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at our events. We ask that our canine friends are respectful of the space, our human guests big and small, and other dogs.

Are Graveside events BYOB? Do you sell alcohol?

No, we are an alcohol-free venue with lots of options for drinks for purchase, both refreshing and cozy. Besides complimentary water, we sell soda, seltzer, juice, chocolate milk, kombucha, tea, hot chocolate, and sometimes coffee, hot apple cider, or mocktails. We love being a safe space for our sober friends and offering a new kind of nightlife to the Woodstock community.

Do you sell food?

We joyfully offer Fruition Chocolate for purchase – locally made and nationally recognized artisanal chocolate. Sometimes we offer homemade baked goods for suggested donations.  We are also located in the heart of Woodstock with many eateries in walking distance from our venue.

You guys started as a “Pop-Up”, what is the future for Graveside?

The original intention of Graveside was to open for the span of a one-year lease, but the outpouring of warmth and enthusiasm from the community has made it clear how necessary this type of space is. We are closing in June but the seeds from Graveside will be planted to grow a new venue in town, tended by familiar and loving hands. Sign up for our mailing list to to find out the latest.

How can I help?

At the moment, the biggest help is to offer monetary donations to help keep us afloat. You can do so via our homepage by venmo or paypal or purchasing items from our amazon wishlist. If you’d like to volunteer, reach out to hi@gravesidevariety.com
